Dr Paayal Naidu is a dedicated nephrologist who began her medical journey at the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2013. She further honed her expertise through postgraduate specialist training in Nephrology at the Royal Darwin Hospital and major metropolitan centres in Melbourne. 

Currently, Dr Naidu serves as a specialist across several esteemed healthcare institutions, including Northern Health, Western Health, and Monash Health. In addition to her clinical practice, she is deeply involved in educating medical students and is pursuing a PhD focusing on advancements in kidney transplantation.

Dr Naidu takes a patient-centred approach, with a focus on providing a personalised care plan and management for each of her patients.
