Dr. Paayal Naidu welcomes referrals for chronic kidney disease management, hypertension, kidney stones, transition to kidney replacement therapy, fluid management, cardio-renal syndrome, and peri-operative care.
Dr. Paayal Naidu is a dedicated nephrologist, having begun her medical journey at the University of Melbourne, where she graduated in 2013. She completed her nephrology specialist training at the Royal Darwin Hospital, Monash Health and Western Health.
Currently, Dr. Naidu provides nephrology services across several healthcare institutions, including Northern Health, Western Health, and Monash Health. In addition to her clinical practice, she is involved in educating medical students and is pursuing a PhD in kidney transplantation.
Dr. Naidu takes a patient-centred approach, ensuring each of her patients receives a personalised care plan and effective management.
